Our Freshness Guarantee

At Leisla Flowers & Gifts Shop, we take pride in delivering the freshest, highest-quality blooms. Every arrangement is crafted with care and inspected before dispatch. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

When Can I Request a Refund?

You may request a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• Flowers arrive visibly damaged, wilted, or not as described
• Delivery was not made within the promised time window
• Incorrect items were delivered
• Order was not delivered at all

Refund Process

Once we verify your claim, we'll offer you a choice of a full replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after delivery has been completed
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
• Recipient was unavailable and no alternative arrangement was agreed upon
• Natural variation in flower colour, size, or bloom stage (flowers are natural products)

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
